As the birth of your baby gets closer, it's common to have anxiety and lots of questions. Education is the key to decreasing any nervousness you may have. The more you know and understand about the process of labor, the better prepared you will be.
Childbirth Education Classes are comprised of three sessions at the beginning of each month. Participation in individual sessions, only, is not permitted.
