Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council

We are committed to fair and equitable treatment of all people regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity, age, sexual orientation, religion, or other identifiers. Ardent's Diversity and Inclusion Council ensures we integrate practices that support and accelerate diversity and inclusion and that our overall business strategy fully aligns with these principles. We would like to join Ardent in promoting these principles at SMCHH and Wellstone Health Partners.

We have a very diverse facility, and we want to acknowledge and celebrate everyone and everything that makes us who we are. We want our patients to find comfort in identifying with a caregiver who is providing their care.
