Video Visits to Help Stop the Spread

Seton Medical Center Harker Heights offers video visits with a primary care provider to all new and established patients. It is safe, secure and available for individuals experiencing either common health conditions or mild symptoms of COVID-19. Call 911 immediately or go to the Emergency Room if you are experiencing severe symptoms of COVID-19 (trouble breathing, persistent pain or chest pressure, confusion, blue lips or face).

How to Schedule a Video Visit

Patients with MyChart Accounts:
Log in to your Seton Medical Center MyChart account and select Visits > Schedule an Appointment. You can also call 254-618-1020 to set up an appointment.

New Patients or Patients Who Do Not Have a MyChart Account:

More Information

Similar to an in-person appointment, the cost for video visits with your provider depends on your insurance. Some plans have reduced or waived the co-pay for virtual video visits.
