I was under Dr. Dugan's care from March 2020 to December 2020 for torn shoulder rotator cuff and he is the best. Very considerate and professional.

Doctor Duggan explained my issues and plans of treatment so that I understand what needs to be done. He had his staff made the necessary referrals to get me on my way to the relief I need. I feel that he cares and I am not just another patient he has to deal with. Everyone in the office is professional, friendly, and courteous.

I cannot say enough nice things about the care provided by Dr. Duggan and his staff. My 8-year-old daughter was injured and very scared. Dr. Duggan was soft spoken and brought a sense of calm during the exam and subsequent treatment. He engaged with my daughter in her care and made sure she was comfortable and didn’t have any questions or concerns.

He operated on my right rotator cuff last year and did a Excellent Job. I have full functionality of it. That's why i am returning to him to repair my left rotator cuff.

Dr. Duggan is very personable and listens to the patient. I have torn rotator cuffs in both shoulders and periodically the pain spikes. I can almost always get in for a shot. The entire office is very pleasant.
