I will always see a friendly face when entering the praxis. Wait time are reasonable and staff is very friendly. Dr Swain treats me professionally and answers all my questions. He does not rush me off.

I like Dr. Swain alot because he has compassion understands what your needs are. He is respectful and straight up able to connect . He always comes through if you need a referral. The Nurses and staff are super nice .the only reason I gave 4 Stars is not bad but Dr. Swain is a very tall big man, while he is talking to you he does not sit anywhere, he stands up. you sit in the chair looking up at him it is a bit uncomfortable and you can't hardly see him all you see is his beard because you feel so small. But he is a great Doctor.

Dr. Swain has a very relaxed atmosphere at his office so not only do you feel your getting good healthcare but you feel like your getting it from a friend. I have been coming to Dr. Swain for probably at least 7-8 years and I enjoy our visits. He has a great bedside manner because I worked in healthcare years ago and I know doc’s that don’t he is not one of those jerks! Dr. Swain goes out of his way to help you out in anyway he can. I could go to a physician closer to where I live but I wouldn’t get the personal touch he affords me.

He seems genuinely like a good doctor. When I came in there was a patient complaining as she was leaving that it was her first visit and all he did was refer her to a specialist for her issue. I was a little nervous because I was a new patient, was I waiting for nothing I worried. However, he took the time to address my freak show medical needs, and help me come up with a tailored plan to get me back on a healthier me track. His staff were sweet and kind. I definitely feel like I have a doctor that is willing to work with me and still reign in my hippie side when my natural medicines aren’t working.

I enjoyed being his patient over these few years. Dr. Swain has good humor that helps lessen your concerns and still takes patient input as an important part of your visits. He responds to requests and questions and has a relaxed atmosphere. The staff is so sweet and helpful as well. And his beard? Killer! (maybe that's not such a good thing for a doctor lol)
